We liked our stay. It's a PERFECT hotel, it has superb staff and location.

Shame the bathroom was poor.

There is a friendly reception to relax in. Room was big, had everything we needed. Reception staff had a real "can do" approach. We really enjoyed our coffee with goodies at Marago Coffee.

la terraza de tila is set 500 feet away from the property. we will choose the place for future trips when visiting merida.
